Hi bro grand, the accommodations assignment memo will still be sent around middle of april, after registration deadline, since we have to know the number of your delegates, to be able to assign you to an appropriate accommodation. There are also some delegations who prefer to stay in tents within the venue, and some prefer to stay in the surrounding schools. For those who will stay in the schools, like what we did in bohol, the accommodations assignment will be drawn by lots or raffle system.
